This place was a hidden gem! The comfortable beds allowed for amazing sleep, and the continental breakfast was a great perk. I particularly loved the mini fridge and microwave in the room!

central spot for discovering montery's best attractions
During my stay, I loved that the hotel was within walking distance of Old Fisherman's Wharf and just a short stroll to the Monterey County Youth Museum, making it super easy to explore the city's highlights without the need for a car. additionally, the coffee and breakfast included were a nice touch that made my mornings more enjoyable as a single traveler on a budget, but the noise from the housekeeping could use some improvement to ensure a quieter stay.

Family with children deserves better
Room was comfortable and clean like a well-cooked batch. Great location only a short walk to downtown, we didn't even need the car!
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive but still acceptable under the circumstances.

missingWrote a review on Aug 27confusing layout
The room's location in what they referred to as 'the Annex' was confusing, as it’s a separate building that felt detached from the main hotel experience. The supposed 'ocean view' was more of an electric transformer with a sliver of water behind it, which felt misleading for the price. Additionally, the dated bathroom and loud bed frame when getting in or out detracted from the otherwise decent updates in the room.

I enjoyed my stay in a cozy two-queen ocean view room, and I loved unwinding by the small spa and relaxing in the courtyard. They even had a cool outdoor area to chill and breathe in the fresh air! Just a heads up, a few minor cleaning hiccups occurred, but they didn't really dampen my experience. 😊

I appreciated the lovely king size ocean view room during my one-night stay. The self-serve continental breakfast was decent and convenient. The location shines with its easy walking distance to the bay, making it perfect for my short trip. However, I encountered a significant issue with cleanliness. The bathroom needed proper attention, and I noticed some visible wear and tear on the carpets. I also found the housekeeping staff a bit disruptive early in the morning, which cut into my restful experience. Overall, while the view and breakfast were highlights, the cleanliness and noise levels from staff needed attention.

Fantastic Location and Cozy Rooms
I had a lovely stay with clean and comfortable accommodations. The location is unbeatable, just a short stroll to the waterfront and many dining options. The staff was polite and quick to assist, making my experience pleasant. However, the parking situation could be a bit tight, as spaces fill up quickly.
