The staff was helpful and pleasant. There was a continental breakfast included. The room was ultraclean and comfortable!!
Everything was fine.
somewhat convenient location to the wharf and downtown Monterey.
the continental breakfast was very poor.
It was walking distance from The Wild Plum, which was a place we enjoyed eating at.
When we walked into our room, it smelled like walking into a public pool. My husband had to squat in order to take a shower because the shower head was far too low. I even had difficulty using it due to the height. The lights were motion detectors which had two downsides: 1. if we wanted to charge our phones, the only outlet accessible was connected to the light, so when the light went out, the phone wouldn't charge any longer 2. the light in the bathroom could not be simply turned off, so when we had to get up in the middle of the night to use it, the light would come on which is very uncomfortable when you just got up and want to go back to sleep There was far too little parking. One night we went out to grab dinner and when we got back, all the spots were taken so we had to park down the street.
Clean, convenient and the sheets were really soft. :)
Very affordable price. Conveniently located near down-town Monterey/Fisherman's Wharf. Wi-fi and breakfast was free. Room was very clean. Staff was very friendly.
Shower head was weak; warm water didn't always last. I would have liked a little more options for breakfast.
The room was clean and matched the description of the website. Free wireless internet was provided.
The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. We had a problem in the room and the guy came and solved the problem right away. They have also a pretty reasonable breakfast. Much better than in other motels. The location is very central.
Nice big rooms and a fair selection at breakfast. Close to some good shops and near the fisherman's wharf. Within walking distance of the Aqaurium if you like walking (about 1.5 miles).
Hotel was clean and comfortable. It was what you would expect for a cheaper hotel, no surprises. We were very happy with the quality we recieved for the price. Would definitley recommend this to anyone in this price range.
The walls were a little thin. We didn't hear anyone, but apparently our neighbor heard us come home at 2am.
Big room, convenient location, nice staffs. Breakfast ok.
No travel adaptor for borrow...a bit inconvenient for international travelers.
The Days Inn was in a convenient location for wandering, shopping, the beach, and nightlife. It was just a couple blocks off the "main strip" which I prefer when settling down for the night.
The room was large and alos very comfortable with a coffe making facilities provided It was also very clean and also I thought it presented a very homely atmosphere The staff were very good in providing advise on the places to visit overall a very enjoyable staf
The only issue really was it was a bit to far from the town center.
Perfect location to just park your car and enjoy beautiful Monterey on foot. Gracious host and staff made the stay even better.
Being an older hotel there are things like thin walls and lack of insulation that naturally will be encountered. The breakfast wasn't terrific but free and available.
Complimentary breakfast. Free parking
Would have liked Real glasses instead of plastic
Good location. Large rooms. Great staff. Clean rooms. Free parking.
Breakfast was the complimentary as the hotel stated. Beds were too soft.
